Five members of the Local Advisory home accents Group met at the entrance to the Country Park where we were met by Adrian Scruby (Project Manager) and Andy Letch (Project Officer) from Essex County Council Field Archaeology Unit. They came to record the buildings of the Old Dairy and Brick Fields before their proposed demolition in 2013/14. home accents
The site lies close to Hadleigh Country Park and consists home accents of a farm house and farm buildings to the north and several buildings used for storage facilities to the south. The farm house itself is not affected by plans to demolish buildings.
We helped and were shown how to draw plans and list as much detail about the buildings home accents and structures as possible. The tenants, who are still working and running businesses home accents from these buildings, were pleased to talk to us and were most accommodating as we walked around home accents the buildings and inside too. The old dairy buildings, mainly vacated home accents at the end of 2012, still showed some activity inside by a company home accents processing sea fern.
Two documents were given to us for reference, one was a copy of Sayers Farm Built Heritage Appraisal produced by Wessex Archaeology of Salisbury Wiltshire for Essex County Council, the other was an English Heritage document home accents on Understanding Historic Buildings A Guide to Good Recording.
