My version of a delicious and warming chilli con carne. You like? SHOPPING LIST - for 4 persons: 30dkg minced beef 4 medium onions (diced) 1 teaspoon butter 1 tablespoon canola oil 2 small chorizo sausages (cut into thin slices or diced) 2 cloves garlic (crushed or forced through finely chopped) 2 cans of whole peeled tomatoes 1 can red beans (you can drain it, but do not pour all the lagoons, about one third can be added to the sauce - it will thicken nicely) 1 teaspoon sugar 2 teaspoons sweet smoked paprika 1 teaspoon sweet paprika powder 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes (you can add more if you like spicy food) 1 small tomato paste (small can or small jar) 1 cup water salt and pepper to taste HOW TO PREPARE? We will need a large frying gaar pan or large saucepan. Saute onion in butter. Add the meat. Fry briefly and add the remaining ingredients and spices. Simmer everything under cover, simmer about 30 minutes, until the ingredients go taste. Prepared dish served in bowls. Chilli con carne with tortilla can be served gaar for biting and salad with oil and without ... also to biting. Et voilà :)!
