I found the recipes without adding legumes, such as a mixture for home baking, which I clipped above, is simple and I really like. most industrial recipes contain soybeans from simple reason, cheap voluminizer. but normally I eat pita bread or sourdough bread with hummus and vegetables and it is also flour, water, chickpeas, oil, spices. I do not feel it would be a disaster for my digestion ;-)
