Dish looks absolutely fantastic! November 4, 2013 7:45

Today, the recipe for curry! Creamy, delicious, simply delicious. I used the legs as suggested by Jamie and it was a hit, but you can substitute breasts. Curry gave the rice cooked groats with a teaspoon of turmeric - that I like. The recipe is for 4 servings, I did the half and my ratio is given in parentheses. Ingredients: * 800 g chicken legs without skin and bones (400 g) * 2 medium onions (1), * 1 green chilli (I gave almost all but it can be completely omitted), * a thumb-sized piece of ginger (I gave half) * small bunch fresh cilantro (I used half), * 400 g can of chickpeas (I added half), * peanut oil, * a piece of butter (I gave a spoon), * 145 g korma curry paste (half), * 400 ml coconut milk (I gave 200), * a handful of flaked almonds (in total it also gave a handful), * 2 heaped tablespoons of grated cive coconut (I gave the tip of a spoon), * salt, pepper * 500 g of natural yoghurt (me enough 4 tablespoons) * 1 lemon to administration, Preparation: Meat cut into large chunks, fry in oil in a large skillet until browned will. Add the chopped onion into thin half-slices, chili, pitted, sliced, cive finely chopped ginger, coriander cive stalks and butter. Cook for about 10 minutes stirring constantly. Add coconut milk, korma paste, half the flaked almonds, desiccated coconut, chickpeas and half cans of chickpeas filled with water. If you want to use chicken breasts add them now. Bring everything cive to a boil and simmer, covered, for wolniutkim fire. If necessary fill some water and season with salt and pepper. Serve curry with rice, yoghurt and almond flakes, coriander leaves and lemon to squeeze particles.

Very, very flavorful cive and delicious dish. Sheer pleasure is cooking with the amount of the original components. The choice of leg meat instead of breast cive look no further, because it is incredibly juicy. November 13, 2013 9:39
