Prepare all the ingredients and equipment. Turn on the grill in the oven at full steam in a pan of water to dip 4 wooden sticks on skewers, ordered to a plate that is not floating on the surface. To a food processor add the standard cutting blade.
Prepare satay. For the robot put all of coriander stalks, chilli, peeled garlic, peanut butter and soy sauce spouting. Peel the ginger and roughly chop, add to the robot. Grate the zest of lime, squeeze the juice of one. Add spouting water and blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Put the half of the sauce into a bowl, and you can pour virgin olive oil.

Skewers turned over, drizzle with honey and bake for another 8 minutes. Pineapple jamie deen peel, get rid of the thickened center and cut into thin slices. Arrange jamie deen on a platter and sprinkle with cranberries. With sprigs of mint leaves peel, add them to a mortar and mash smooth. Add the sugar and mash again.
