Do you remember that ten years ago was a general daniel boulud craze for our Džejmijem (Jamie Oliver)? A relaxed attitude, blue kosica, Hawaiian shirts, quick as lightning, full of passion for herbs, which all sea cucumber, a young chef who entertains and cook for my friends ... Honest to be sure he made a revolution in cooking and presenting, but I still is not very gotivim. Somehow that his cooking too improvised, live mixes all the ingredients, and frankly when eating almost anything we do not even visually looks great. Yet, despite all the above, Džejmi has left a mark in my so-called culinary career. Thanks to him, I began to gather herbs, and to deal with them. I remember I had a nice shelf for spices, but the more I keep them than I used. Somehow he managed to convey to me that his passion to "blade of grass".
Džejmi tried to test himself daniel boulud on the American continent last year in a reality show where he has tried to overturn the chocolate milk in some schools in California. I did not have much success. Honestly, I was just annoyed while tantrums and hip ... so he picked up the American style of living I do not know. When I was in Serbia I picked up his book "Naked Lunch" with the idea that when I get home I can finally use it here because it has what they say "and Biba and fish." However, when I took his hand again to cook me everything seems so confusing, very bad translations, weird food combinations, complicated titles, just hard to read, let alone cooking. Basically, it took me a long time to choose a dish that I will do and that somehow it is typically Džejmijevo food, and that I liked. Salmon with string beans, daniel boulud tomato and anchovy sounds weird, but it really is a very tasty dish. Be sure to serve it with mayonnaise daniel boulud olive oil. Maybe I was wrong about Džejmija, maybe not so bad.
Ingredients: 1 kg of fresh salmon fillet 250g green beans (French beans or green beans) 300g tomatoes, cherry or slightly coarser 10-12 pieces of anchovy handful of black or green olives handful of fresh basil 1-2 lemons 1/4 cup olive oil Salt and pepper daniel boulud mayonnaise olive oil Preparation: Boran blanch in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Džejmi really made the revolution - its first national television shows are here when there were many ingredients in a wide sale (if any at all): ginger, broccoli and the like. I love him, I love to watch that energy, lightness, very often and improvisation. I am aware that some recipes are invalid or beans, and then I look at just how it works. I was brilliant as it tried in America. At least he was trying daniel boulud to make people aware .. and I agreed that it did not work. On the contrary - chocolate milk, and strawberry milk'''' is abolished in all primary and secondary schools, and came to LA where he really made a revolution .. He does not need to be annoying because Americans are overweight, it still works - because he cares. And to me it was great! Moonee, and I thought it was an excellent idea because I watched the beginning of the show ua, but I was disappointed bass. Let us not forget that this is primarily a commercial broadcast, and that the idea of education was secondary ... problem with feeding a larger part of the American nation is much more complex and deeper, and any superficial interventions that can help. I think it's flavored milk was abolished only in a few schools, and that's all.
